Pre-sales: Provide customers with systematic product configurations and explanations of product functions; develop comprehensive solution configurations based on customer needs.
During the sales process: Provide tracking services for goods directly supplied by the manufacturer.
After-sales: Provide timely on-site debugging, product usage training, and related maintenance services according to customer requirements.
Three guarantees service
From the date the goods arrive at the site, we will be responsible for providing free technical guidance and quality warranty for a period of two years. During the warranty period, installation and commissioning personnel will provide tracking services for system engineering management at any time, assist the project in system maintenance, and ensure the normal operation of the entire system engineering.
Personnel training: Through theoretical training and practical operation training for users, operators will gain a systematic understanding and knowledge of the equipment, until they can proficiently operate the system and troubleshoot simple faults, ensuring the system operates normally and is well maintained.
1).Three Guarantees: Return, Replacement, and Repair
One week return, three-month replacement, and one-year repair "refers to the product being eligible for return within one week of purchase, exchange within three months, and free repair within one year.
The scope of warranty: limited to the product host (including internal modules), amplifier, speaker, call station, program timer, digital voice recorder, preamplifier, broadcast partition selector, broadcast partition matrix, ten channel broadcast monitor, sequential power starter packaging and various connecting cables, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty.
During the replacement and warranty period, the product needs to be tested by BGM company's inspection personnel. If it is a good machine, it will be returned to the site; If the fault is confirmed, it will be replaced with the same one
The replacement parts of a model or product with equivalent performance to the product belong to BGM.
When our service agency serves you, please bring the corresponding invoice and warranty certificate. When you are unable to provide the above proof, the product is exempt
The cost of replacement and repair will be calculated from the date of production. If the product is a paid repair, it will enjoy a one-year free warranty period from the date of self repair. Please keep your repair certificate.
2)The following situations are not within the scope of free replacement and repair
Failure to install or use the product in accordance with the instructions resulted in product damage;
The product has exceeded the warranty period for replacement or repair;
The product barcode or serial number has been altered or deleted;
The product has been repaired or disassembled by personnel not authorized by our company;
Without our company's permission, the customer made unauthorized changes to their inherent settings files or caused virus damage, resulting in product failure;
Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the customer's return for repair;
The product is damaged due to unexpected factors or human behavior, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, dropping, severe oxidation or rusting of the product, etc;
The product is damaged due to uncontrollable natural forces such as earthquakes, fires, etc.

3)Maintenance method
When the product you purchased malfunctions, please present valid documents such as the purchase invoice and warranty card to the product purchase site to request replacement and repair services on your behalf.
When you are unable to contact the dealer, you can also directly contact our company's local offices or customer service department.
The customer shall bear the shipping cost for sending the repaired products to Shanghai Qisheng Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., and Qisheng Electric Appliance shall bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement and repair products to the customer.
4)Special Statement
The above service commitment is only applicable to BGM products sold by our company in Chinese Mainland. The after-sales service terms that are separately agreed upon when the product is sold,
The contract confirmed by Qisheng Electric shall prevail. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any other commitments made by distributors to customers that are not guaranteed by Qisheng Company. Please request written proof from the distributor when purchasing so that the distributor can fulfill your additional commitments.
