Anhui University of Engineering is a provincial multi-disciplinary higher education institution with a focus on engineering and a key construction university in Anhui Province. It is a university under the construction of the National Central and Western University Basic Capacity Building Project (Phase II), one of the first pilot universities for comprehensive reform of universities in Anhui Province, and a pilot unit for the reform of innovation autonomy in Anhui Province's system to promote comprehensive innovation reform.
